Ex e Junction Box is a compact and highly durable hazardous area enclosure engineered for reliable electrical power distribution in explosive gas and dust environments. Built according to the Ex e (Increased Safety) protection concept, it provides secure cable connections while ensuring maximum operational safety in hazardous industrial locations.

Manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyester resin, the enclosure offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, moisture, chemicals, and harsh weather conditions. Its IP66 ingress protection safeguards internal electrical components from dust and water, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations in demanding environments.

The junction box is supplied with 4 mantle terminals and one PE (Protective Earth) connection, providing a compact and efficient solution for electrical distribution. It is available with plastic semi-glands or cable glands for installation flexibility. Certified for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22 hazardous areas, the R.
